John Anderson

John Michael Anderson is a 1966 graduate of Lincoln High School.  After graduation he attended Northland Community College and graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth in 1971 with degrees in history and journalism.

     John Michael has been and continues to be a tremendous advocate and booster of youth activities for School District #564 and for the city of Thief River Falls.

     He has been President of the TRF Sports Boosters Club, serving in that capacity four different times.  He has served as chairman for many committees that have raised over $250,000 for youth activities throughout Thief River Falls.

     John Michael Anderson is a person who has given of himself and worked behind the scenes so that young boys and girls might be able to participate in activities in our community.
