Markoe Hanson

Markoe “Mark” Hanson is a 1973 graduate of Lincoln High School and a 1977 honor graduate of the US Air Force Academy.  He received a M.S. degree in Information from the USAF Institute of Technology in 1986.

     While attending Lincoln he graduated second in his class of over 200.  Markoe also distinguished himself in athletics.  In track he was high point man for all four of his high school years.  He was track captain and participated in state competitions.  He lettered in football for three years and was named to the Athletic Honor Society.

     Markoe has been a F-4 Fighter Pilot in Germany and California, and has taught computer science to freshman cadets.  He is currently a Systems Support Specialist with Digital Equipment Corporation in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
