Nicole Dimich
A focused and dedicated woman, Nicole Dimich Vagle has truly made a difference in the lives of others–as a leader and as a role model.
While attending Lincoln, Vagle was involved in a variety of activities. In addition to her academic excellence, she excelled in athletics and the arts. A talented musician, Vagle participated in piano, orchestra, and choir. She was named Most Valuable Player her senior year on the Prowler volleyball team and was selected to the Academic All-State team. In spite of a full schedule, Vagle always made time for community service.
After graduating from Lincoln in 1990, Vagle attended Concordia College and graduated with a degree in English/Secondary Education and Psychology. She then earned a Master’s Degree in Human Development from St. Mary’s University. Throughout her school career, she remained committed to music, athletics, service, and academics.
In the five years Vagle taught in Eden Prairie, she made a significant difference in the quality of the schools. Not only did she inspire her students in the classroom, but she also assisted with co-curricular activities, such as Key Club and volleyball. By writing grants and conducting research, she was able to bring about improvements within the schools.
Vagle is currently employed at the Princeton Center for Leadership Training as Program Evaluator, Trainer, and Assistant Director of the Parent Leadership Corps. Her creativity and vision are of great value in her current position, where her jobs include developing programs and facilitating training sessions.
Vagle has accomplished many things and inspired many people. Because of her strong character and dedication to leadership, she has made a difference in the field of education.
