Paul Ihle
Mr. Ihle is a 1968 graduate of Lincoln High School. He received a B.A. degree in business from The University of Minnesota in 1972 and was awarded his J.D. from the School of Law at the University of North Dakota in 1976.
In High School Paul was very active in athletics and activities. He participated for four years in tennis, basketball, and football. He served as captain of the football and tennis team his senior year. The tennis team claimed a regional championship that year. Throughout high school Paul stayed busy with membership in the student council, Lincoln Log Staff, National Honor and Athletic Society, and boys state representative.
Community involvement has been a big part of Paul’s life. He was a past member of the TRF Jaycees and has been a member of the TRF Rotary club since 1979. He has serve on numerous boards and committees in the community including Discovery Place, Housing Development, United Way, Northwest Technical College and Northland College to name a few. Since 1985 Mr. Ihle has served as vice chairperson of the Thief River Falls Foundation and is currently vice chairperson of the Thief River Falls Education Foundation.
Paul has been practicing law in Thief River Falls since 1976 and is co-owner of the firm of Ihle & Sparby P.A.
