Robert Swenson

Robert is a 1972 graduate of Lincoln High School where he graduated with honors.  He was a member of the National Honor Society, Drama, Student Council President, Football Captain, Football All-State, Hockey and Track.

     Robert graduated in 1976 from Dartmouth College with a BA in Economics and also participated in Football, Rugby and Senior A Hockey.

     Mr. Swenson is presently President and Chief Executive Officer of Airtran Corporation, Airtran Airways and Mesaba Aviation, Inc.

     Mr. Swenson’s companies have been selected as  “one of the best managed small corporations in America” by Forbes Magazine, Business Week and Airline Executive International.
